What is a Reds Online Store?

A Red’s Team Sports Online Store is a custom online shop we create for your team, school, or organization. It features branded apparel and gear designed specifically for your group. Supporters place orders directly through the store, and your organization earns a portion of the proceeds.

How do I get started?

Getting started is easy:

  1. Fill out the short request form.
  2. Choose your gear and designs with help from our in-house experts.
  3. We build your custom online store and provide a link to share.
  4. You promote the store — we handle the rest (orders, printing, shipping, etc.).

How does the fundraising part work?

We’ll help you set pricing that includes a built-in fundraising amount per item. Once the store closes and orders are fulfilled, your organization receives a payout based on the total items sold.

What kind of gear can we sell?

You can offer:

  • T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and spiritwear
  • Team uniforms and warm-ups
  • Embroidered items
  • Custom accessories (bags, tumblers, decals, etc.)

Who handles the artwork and designs?

Our in-house design team can create custom artwork based on your school, mascot, or logo. If you already have designs, we can use those too.

Can We Change or Add Products?

Yes — after the first window closes.

Let’s start with how ordering windows work:
When we set up your online team store, we launch it with a set ordering window — typically 2 to 4 weeks long. This window is when families, fans, or participants can place their orders. Once the window closes, all items are produced in bulk and delivered.

This model allows us to keep turnaround times fast, production efficient, and pricing competitive. It also ensures consistency across all items in the store.

We keep product selections locked during the active order window so we can streamline production. However, once that initial store closes, we can absolutely refresh your store for the next round:

  • Add new items based on feedback or demand
  • Update designs or colors
  • Remove underperforming products
  • Tailor options to upcoming seasons or events

We’ll help guide the next store setup so it fits your goals, timeline, and audience — whether it’s spirit wear, uniforms, fan gear, or fundraiser items.
